Day in and day out, Sam Moss, co-owner of 1ClickAgency.com, sees FIVE critical mistakes being made on websites, over and over. Listen to his interview with Allan Langer on what you need to do to see if you are not only making these mistakes, but what you need to do to fix them.
Your website needs to answer these three critical questions within the first 10 seconds of someone visiting, to keep their attention:
1. What do you sell?
2. How do I get it?'
3. How will it make my life better (or solve my problem?)
If your website answers these questions, it will jump ahead of your competition and your customer traffic and interest will explode.
If you would love for someone else to fix your mistakes for you, Sam and his team at
1ClickAgency can set up or fix your website so that you can focus on growing your business.

Day in and day out, Sam Moss from 1ClickAgency sees these 5 mistakes again and again. If
you do what’s been done for years, you’ll get the same results too. When you’re ready for a
quick revamp for your website, here are 5 mistakes that you can fix on your own.
Scrolling around for minutes, or clicking and clicking to find the information they’re looking for
drives your customers away. If they can’t find out how to do business with you, then they won’t!
Tell them right up front what you want them to do.
Sam says that there are three questions that you should use your website to answer: What is
your business offer? How will it make your customer’s life better? What do they need to buy?
Don’t overwhelm them with information, but give them just enough to spark their interest in what
you can do for them.
Just like a little dash of salt on a freshly grilled steak, a little loss aversion helps the customer
understand why they want to do business with you. You want to tell your customers what is at
stake and what they could potentially lose if they put off getting their lawn landscaped or
purchase a cheap DIY will. But you don’t want to oversalt the high “steaks”. Keep the pain point
small.
What on earth does a picture of a mountain and a train track have to do with financial planning?
That’s the million dollar question Sam has for every single financial services website. He shares
ways you can change the perception of your customers by simply changing the pictures on your
website.
